We will provide a guide that assists Net2 organizers with ideas and formats for holding a Social Media September workshop or panel events. The guide will also help Net2 organizers record and document their events. However, this sort of event is the core competency of Net2 organizers, so don’t wait on us!

3. Global Tweet Chat
NetSquared organizer hosts a one hour tweet chat.
When: September, 18, 2013.
The global tweet chat is a series of one-hour tweet chats on the theme of social media for social good. The goal is to hold the tweet chat in all time zones with Net2 local organizers, and each host will facilitate a tweet chat on a different topic. The tweet chat will be summarized in a storify at the end of the day.

4. Virtual Social Media Surgery
NetSquared organizer contributes to TechSoup’s “The Doctor is In” videos.
We will record short dialogues between Michael Delong (as the host) and a different “resident surgeon” in each video. The resident surgeons will wear the doctor costume, obviously, and will be culled initially from those in the NetSquared spreadsheet who’ve self-selected as interested in the virtual surgery.
